Anita at All Nations Trading in Hendersonville now has a series of pieces done with a Native American feel. We’ve used an iron red glaze, with accents of metallic iron black glaze which compliment the black glass inlays depicting turtles, suns, and wolf and bear paw prints. I really enjoy doing these, as each piece allows for individual creativity.

Salamander Mugs Part 2
I took the mugs out of the kiln today, sorry I didn’t take any photos of the unfired glazing. I glazed one in Persimmon with a cream lip and a stripe down the back of Mr. Salamander; on the other he’s done up in Earthen Red with a black stripe.
